Iyengar Yoga Beginner Course

 Iyengar Course (small groups)

A great introduction to Iyengar yoga.   Carefully structured classes to bring in the concepts of alignment in yoga postures, how to develop stability, improve body awareness and focus.

Suitable for complete beginners to yoga or students with previous yoga experience but are new to the Iyengar method. It is also a great refresher course which will support understanding and confidence.

As it will be a small group environment it will give a faster pace of  progress.  Take a look at how these small group yoga classes work.
