Important Covid-19 Update

Due to the Coronavirus, I will be teaching limited numbers for ‘in person classes’ in Cromford at  my home studio and online

At present I am limiting class numbers.

If you are a new student or have not yet attended one of my online Yoga sessions, please contact me for more information.

Why do Iyengar Yoga?

Kulbir has been practicising Yoga for over 30 years and is a fully certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.

  • Safe for all ages – adaptions are made for injuries, stiffness and hypermobility
  • The Iyengar method involves clear demonstration and explanation of postures
  • Strong focus on alignment and awareness of the body
  • Individual correction and adjustment by the teacher when necessary – improving alignment
  • Help the body better understand the actions of the pose by using props (e.g. blocks, blankets, belts – these are particularly useful for both people who are very stiff or have injuries)
  • Careful sequencing to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation

Yoga and Therapy

My Yoga classes – General level classes and  NEW to Iyengar Yoga classes

Therapy – working on fascia to address problem areas (these are not currently available due to Coronavirus)

Venue: Live and online yoga class using Zoom
