Kulbir has been practising yoga for over 30 years.
She is a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Yoga classes are now in person and online using zoom and videos.
My Yoga classes are normally taught in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District. Classes are usually in Cromford. My yoga classes are easily accessible from Matlock, Matlock Bath, Wirksworth, Cromford, Darley Dale, Bakewell, Bonsall, Elton, Belper and other towns and villages close by. Quite a few of my students share lifts to attend class
